In the event of your death, in order to access your stored information, an individual must have your login and password. In order to obtain this information, they can contact us and will be asked to provide the following: 1) Death certificate and 2) Proof of the power of attorney (or an equivalent documentation of an existing legally recognized relationship). If you would prefer for your answers in all circumstances (including your death) to remain confidential, please contact us.
